Conference registration fees

The registration fee for the attendance of both days has been substantially reduced to £50 for students and £75 for non-students. 

This reflects the virtual nature of attendance. For those who have already registered, we have automatically refunded the remainder of the registration fee, so that you will only pay the new reduced rate.

If the same participants would like to join again on the 9-10th of September 2021 (face to face conference in London) participants' fees will reduce to £200.

The fee includes:

Conference file, copy of conference program, certificate of presentation, the publication of an accepted paper in the online conference proceedings.

Cancellation: A refund will be given for cancellations received before Aug 25, 2020. The cancellation fee is £25.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation, or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If a conference has to be canceled, the organizer will refund the full registration fee paid.
